Day 31 Gijon to Aviles

After a day of rest, an early start from Hostal Manjon

An hour later and I'm on the outskirts of Gijon .....

..... with plenty of waymarkers .......

...... to show the way to Aviles











This is a typical Asturian storage room built on stilts. (top)
Many I came across served a dual purpose, providing shelter against the changeable weather for a car

Not sure of the name of this Chapel but it is in the vicinity of San Pablo
