Day 7 - La Puebla de Arganzon to Brinas |
|||||
| This is another fairly long day, mainly on tracks undulating through agricultural land with plenty of villages en-route to pick from for your lunch break. However the day does have a bit of a sting in it's tail as you have a col to cross in-between Salinillas de Buradon and Brinas so it is advantageous to get a fairly early start to avoid doing the climb in the hottest part of the day. Once over this col you are looking down into Rioja, Here I am sure that if you are a bit tired, then the thought of a nice glass of Rioja when you arrive at Brinas will sustain you. The accommodation In Brinas, "El Portal de la Rioja" is The Most Pilgrim Friendly hotel of the entire route. | |
